Drinking clove water every night before you go to bed can support respiratory health. To make a warm, comforting mug of clove water, try steeping four to five cloves in hot water and drinking it with honey. Alternatively, simmer four or five cloves in a covered pot of water on medium-low for five minutes. After simmering, cover and cool for an hour and refrigerate for a chilled drink.
