We recently celebrated Sara, our incredible Surgical Scheduler, for 3 amazing years with our practice! 💙

She seamlessly manages 3 surgery center schedules and keeps 2 busy surgeons on track—all while jumping in to help tech, run testing, or scribe whenever we’re short-staffed. 🙌

Her knowledge and calm presence put our patients at ease (surgery can feel scary)! Anf she ensures every clearance is in place, every order is faxed, and meds are ordered, so thay surgery day goes off without a hitch. 🗓️💪

🎉 We recently celebrated 3 YEARS with one of the brightest lights in our office! ✨

Drew is an amazing ophthalmic tech/scribe with a heart as big as her personality — she instantly befriends every patient and is known for wanting to “put everyone in her pocket” 🥰

You may not know that she is the brains behind our "Marination Station" and has endearingly given each staff member a fun nickname.

Her positivity lifts the team, and her energy is contagious. She’s more than just a teammate — she’s a morale-boosting, patient-loving, pocket-filling superstar. 👏❤️

Our goal is to help people not just see better but live better—with confidence, dignity, and support.

From magnifiers and talking devices to simple daily living tools like lighting and apps, we shared ways to make everyday life easier and more empowering for those with reduced vision.

She’s the first warm “hello” our patients hear on the phone, and the smiling face that welcomes them into the office. From tackling insurance and scheduling like a total pro to keeping us laughing with her quick wit—and yes, randomly breaking into song with a voice that belongs on stage...D brings joy to our office every single day.

We recently celebrated 3 years of exceptional leadership, organization, and dedication from our office manager, Kira! She wears many hats, ensuring that our team and office run smoothly every day.

This position comes with a lot of under-recognized duties and a behind the scenes work. It also requires a balance of managing a team, building trust, holding people accountable, and many (MANY) daily distractions.

We are so fortunate to have her as a leader as OAO continues to grow! ☺️
