Over the past two years, Freedom Alliance has been blessed to secure $6,000 in grant funding. These funds have been strategically utilized to provide professional training for our mentors, purchase educational resources, and invest in technology to support future growth and sustainability.
Working hand in hand with other community partners, we have served over 700 hot meals to residents of Jackson County and, thanks to the transportation provided by our generous church, delivered Thanksgiving meals to families who otherwise would have gone without.
Several of our mentors are now actively pursuing Peer Recovery certifications, and through our ongoing efforts to ensure long term sustainability, we have secured funding so that these certifications are fully covered with no out of pocket expense for our volunteers.
We have seen powerful spiritual growth as well amongst attendees, countless stories have been shared, tears have been shed, victories celebrated, laughter and love expressed. We sponsored a Creation Museum trip for the recovery community, and most importantly we have witnessed individuals being baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost during our meetings.
Our Program Director serves on the Board of the Jackson County Drug Free Council, giving Freedom Alliance a stronger voice in our community’s recovery efforts. Our entire team is committed to building stronger relationships with local business owners and recovery organizations to expand our impact and create lasting change.
Looking ahead, our newest initiative is to develop our own evidence based curriculum that can be utilized in meetings across the United States. Our long term vision is to create a comprehensive “Freedom Alliance Starter Pack,” including curriculum, leader guides, and resources to help other churches launch their own chapters.
Freedom Alliance remains faith based, strength focused, and committed to whole person health.

If you would like to support Freedom Alliance, your prayers are always appreciated. At this time, we have purposed to fund all ministry needs through grants and do not require monetary donations. However, if you feel led to give, you may speak with Sharon Mullen to have the Freedom Alliance account updated.
If financial support is not possible, you can still make a difference! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and help spread the word by liking, sharing, and subscribing to our content. Your engagement helps us reach more people and it costs nothing.
We are excited for what the future holds for Freedom Alliance, but even more excited for what the future holds for our community and Jackson County. Together, we can continue to make a lasting impact
