UPDATE: OFFICE WILL REOPEN FOR ALL DENTAL WORK INCLUDING CLEANINGS ON MAY 4.

For many years, Dr. Wallace has been caring for our patients and our team with an unwavering commitment to excellence. We will continue to provide exceptional care in a safe environment for all of our current and new patients who are experiencing a dental emergency.

While we are postponing our routine and elective procedures until May 4th, per Governor Lee’s Executive Order, we will still be in the office to answer phone calls, return e-mails, and to see patients who are in pain, have an infection or those that require emergency care.

Taking care of our team, our patients, and assuring the health of our East Tennessee community is our number one priority as we find the light in this unprecedented season. We look forward to seeing you all very soon, stronger and more resilient than before.

The governor has issued hygiene departments of dental offices remain closed until April 15th. So for those patients with dental cleanings scheduled on 13th and 14th your appointments will be cancelled and you will be contacted to reschedule your appointments.

Dr. Wallace and staff will remain in the office to perform other treatment.
