Abby was named January OGO (Oh Great One), nominated by her peers! Abby serves as our Director of Health Services. She has been with Covered Bridge Health Campus since July 2012. During that time, Abby has filled many roles! “I started as a CNA, advanced with my LPN and gained experience as a Community Services Representative, Staff Development Coordinator, and MDS Coordinator, advanced further with my RN and now in my current role as a DHS.” In Abby’s free time she enjoys listening to all genres of music or true-crime podcasts and going on adventures with her 3 children and husband. We are so fortunate to have such a dedicated member to our Covered Bridge Family!

Karen was named December’s OGO (Oh Great One), nominated by her peers. Karen will be celebrating her 20th work anniversary in July! Karen states her favorite things about working for Covered Bridge are the residents and the friendships she has with her coworkers. In Karen’s free time, you can hear her cheering for her grandchildren at their sporting events or kicking her feet up at the campground. Thank you, Karen, for your years of dedication to our facility, residents, and for making life (& food) the best it can be!

If you haven’t already, meet Toby Freed! Toby began his journey at Covered Bridge Health Campus in 2023 and states his favorite thing about working here is the inviting home-like atmosphere. Toby was named the facility’s OGO (Oh Great One!) for the month of November. In his free time, you can find him with his wife and their children outdoors or working on his side gig! Thank you, Toby, for being a part of the Covered Bridge Family! We are grateful for your dedication to making the lives of our residents the best they can be!
