My Story

Hello! Welcome to my little space. I have practiced in the field of mental health for 18+ years and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I have varied experience in the field but have "specialized" in anxiety, trauma, PTSD and depression. I also have experience working with military. I work with a large variety of ages, cultures, and backgrounds. I believe that I must alter my approach for each client. Its about you, not me. Because of this, I bring my own unique techniques to the mental health field and am always learning and growing to be the best I can for those I serve.
