Today, our HOPE 180 class at the Jackson County Jail continued Part 2 of our Health & Wellness lesson with Yoga!

Yoga is a powerful tool in the recovery journey. It helps reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance mindfulness...all essential components of healing and transformation.

A big thank you to Kaleb Lane for sharing your time with our ladies today. It was so special to see all the smiles and hear all the laughs!

Addiction doesn't discriminate!

As we kick off a new season for the Colts today, let's take a moment to honor Jim Irsay for his bravery in fighting addiction and using his platform to reduce the stigma surrounding it. 🙌
It’s not easy to speak out about personal struggles, but Jim’s openness has helped countless others feel less alone in their own battles. Let’s continue supporting each other, both on and off the field.
