💙 Do You Have a Loved One Living with Mental Illness? 💙

If someone you care about lives with a mental health condition—such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or another diagnosis—you’re not alone, and support is available.
NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, confidential 8-week education class designed for parents, spouses, and family members. The course provides practical information, support, and tools to help you better understand mental illness and support your loved one—while also taking care of yourself.
📅 Class Begins: January 12
🕕 When: 8 consecutive Monday nights, 6:00–8:30 PM
📍 Where: United Way Board Room
