‘tis the season here in CT …garlic ramps!! I foraged these beauties in a trusty little patch I visit each spring. Because ramps are wild and have such a short active season, they are such a special treat. I look forward to them every year. So good raw or sautéd lightly in stir fry and tofu scramble. 🌱💚
