Evening habits can support better sleep by signaling the mind and body that it’s time to slow down and transition into a period of rest.

Creating a calm environment, reducing stimulation, and incorporating sensory cues is key. Dimming lights, drinking tea, lighting candles, and using scent - are great ways to create a consistent nighttime routine.

My nighttime routine is closely tied with the scent of REST blend. About 20 minutes before bed, I run my diffuser with a few drops of the Pure Oil. When I’m turning down my bed, I spray my linens with the Fabric Spray. And as I’m getting into bed, I use the Roller Oil on my pulse points and soles of my feet. Because the REST blend has consistently been my primary sleep cue, this scent has now become a strong signal that puts me right into relaxation mode.

I always return to nature whenever I need a reset.

Kent Falls in Kent, Connecticut is a favorite spot.

Water has a way of clearing things out and bringing me back to center.

A day at the New Haven Mineral Club annual show. Picked up a few unique pieces for my collection - including a gorgeous Rutilated Smoky Quartz with Hematite inclusions.

These are exactly the things that influence and inspire how I create One Thousand Winds.

A few highlights from my crystal & mineral collection. Something I’ve always been drawn to — both in my personal life and in the process of creating One Thousand Winds. A small part of what shapes how I live and create.

I’ve made the decision to be more selective about where One Thousand Winds lives. While you’ll find OTW in fewer places, it’s more aligned with what I’m building.

Less scattered. More intentional.

As always, all products are available on the website.

Things may feel quiet here, but a lot is happening behind the scenes.

I’m refining packaging, streamlining the product line, and making sure what’s coming this Spring feels as intentional as the oils themselves.

Slow work. Thoughtful changes. More soon!
