Evening habits can support better sleep by signaling the mind and body that it’s time to slow down and transition into a period of rest.
Creating a calm environment, reducing stimulation, and incorporating sensory cues is key. Dimming lights, drinking tea, lighting candles, and using scent - are great ways to create a consistent nighttime routine.
My nighttime routine is closely tied with the scent of REST blend. About 20 minutes before bed, I run my diffuser with a few drops of the Pure Oil. When I’m turning down my bed, I spray my linens with the Fabric Spray. And as I’m getting into bed, I use the Roller Oil on my pulse points and soles of my feet. Because the REST blend has consistently been my primary sleep cue, this scent has now become a strong signal that puts me right into relaxation mode.
