Brrr, it’s been a chilly winter so far! ❄️ But we’ve got just the remedy to warm you up! Join us for our new Heated Mat Pilates classes every Sunday at 12:30 PM and Thursday at 6 PM.

Proudly Seymour's first yoga studio, Phoenix Yoga was established in January of 2014. The studio is owned an operated by valley native Phoenix Matarazzo, who takes great pride in offering a quality practice environment to her neighbors. We now have a second location in Shelton at 194 Leavenworth Rd (Phoenix Yoga @ Mother’s Embrace Yoga.) Students of our studio agree that what keeps them coming back is the high caliber of classes and teachers, which creates a strong sense of community that can be felt from the moment you walk through our door. You will find our instructors to be creative, knowledgeable, and experienced. All instructors continue their professional growth on and off the mat in order to bring you safe, innovative yoga classes. We look forward to having you at the studio soon!
