If you know me, you know I am always reading ,learning, exploring the world around me, learning spiritually, healing, and healing others! I have finally searched my soul and taken the advise of many friends and family and started the courses to become a life coach to increase my ability to be self employed and do the thing I have always been called to do! I am a certified Reiki healer. Next step 3 course certified life coach followed by motivational speaker. I will be focusing on spiritual healing and guidance, offering Crystal, moon, and intuition classes and coaching. Finding and understanding your connection to the universe. I will also be doing a few small grief coaching sessions. My motivational speaking courses will follow and I will select my narrowed field after the first course. Lol you all know I love to talk and inspire! This is a big step for me, but investing in myself could be the best thing I ever do! I won’t know till I try! Getting everything set up takes a few steps but I’m looking forward to helping anyone who needs guidance. If you would like to know more please pm me!

Put your feet up. Read a book. Order dinner out. Escape the ordinary for one day. You have worked hard and taken care of others all week. NOW TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!! It's not selfish to do things for yourself! Everyone needs to take a break and self heal. Do something YOU enjoy. If you need help with this please contact me.
