Every person is unique. At times, a class setting does not fully resolve individual imbalances and pain issues. Private Sessions are available for people seeking more specialized instruction. The session can be used by people new to yoga to work with the fundamentals before entering a class setting. Sessions can also be designed to create an individual routine to address chronic pain issues and balance health conditions. Rates: Bodywork massage and yoga sessions including length are 75 minutes
