There are moments in life when what’s been buried refuses to stay down.

Not to make us suffer ... but to free us.

This is one of those times.

What’s been tucked away beneath the surface ... old wounds, hidden fears, unspoken truths, attachments we’ve outgrown, patterns we keep feedin' ... are risin' into view. Not gently, perhaps. Not neatly. But honestly.
And authenticity is sacred medicine.

You're likely findin' yaself face to face with truths you cain't soften, ignore, or explain away anymore. Conversations are growin' raw. Emotions are feelin' bigger. What’s been quietly simmerin' finally boils over.

And while that can feel uncomfortable ... it can also be deeply healin'.

This is an invitation to look inward with courage.

To ask yaself ...

What am I clingin' to that is no longer good for me?

Where have I traded peace for familiarity?

Where am I abandonin' myself to keep something else alive?

There is breakthrough available for those willin' to listen deeply. There is healin' available for those willin' to feel honestly and fully. There is a doorway openin' but it requires courage to walk through.

Not ever'thing that falls away is loss. Some things are leavin' 'cause they cain'tt follow where you are headed.
You're asked to trust the sheddin'. Hold onto what is true. Drop the dead weight. Stay rooted in yaself while everything false falls away.
