It was born from my experience as a labor and delivery nurse 🧑‍⚕️, certified yoga instructor 🧘‍♀️, holistic health coach and mother of two 👦👦.

Place your hands on your belly
Inhale for a count of 5. Allow your belly button, ribs, and pelvic floor to expand out away from you.
Exhale for a count of 5. Allow your belly button, ribs, and pelvic floor to come back to the start.
Repeat at least 10 times and notice how much better you feel!
