This quick smoothie is packed with protein, healthy fats, and nutrients to keep you full, energized, and feeling GOOD without the crash.

Green Protein Smoothie:
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein
• 1 handful spinach
• ½ frozen banana
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp chia seeds

Still craving chocolate? Or have a few extra pieces left? Turn it into this healthy Chocolate Banana Smoothie:
🍌 1 frozen banana
🥛 1 cup almond milk
🍫 1 scoop chocolate protein
🥜 1 tsp peanut butter
🥣 1–2 tbsp rolled oats
