This Cozy Core Flow is quick, gentle, and effective:
🔥 30 sec Cat-Cow stretch
🔥 10 Bird Dogs per side
🔥 20 Dead Bugs
🔥 15 Glute Bridges
🔥 30 sec Side Plank per side
Repeat 2–3 rounds. Your core will thank you. 💪
