ShaKRa Yoga & Fitness is a woman owned small business in downtown Shakopee, MN offering In Studio, Live Streaming and On Demand Yoga and Group Fitness classes. It’s our mission to bring a wide variety of classes from high energy fitness, flowing yoga and restorative yoga and meditation practices to cater to our community. ShakRa is a warm and welcoming studio that invites everyone to make this their home studio regardless of ability or experience.

ShakRa Yoga & Fitness is located in the heart of downtown Shakopee, MN. It is owned by longtime Shakopee residents and yoga teachers, Riana Hansen and Elise Steger. Both owners are committed to bringing the service of yoga, fitness and wellness to their beloved community and surrounding area. We have qualified teachers to guide you to the classes that best fit your needs. ShakRa currently offers beginners and intermediate flow, yin, gentle and restorative yoga classes. If you are looking for a great workout, check in on their sculpt, barre, HIIT, circuit and tabata classes. ShakRa Yoga & Fitness provides a warm and welcoming environment for you relax and restore, stretch or sweat! Look for our special workshops and pop up classes too. If you are interested in becoming a yoga teacher we have a 200-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. Come learn, reach your goals and smile with us!
