Heart Ministries was at St. Francis yesterday to serve a gratitude luncheon, as a thank you to our staff for all we do for the communities and patients we serve! We truly appreciate Heart's commitment to the community and the recognition of St. Francis staff.

Thank you Allyhoo for your continued partnership! Yesterday, 107 Allyhoos were donated for pediatric patients at St. Francis Regional Medical Center Southbridge Urgent Care.

Then, staff and Shakopee CAPS students volunteered to create more Allyhoos!

We had so much fun yesterday with tonies! They kicked off their tonies tour at St. Francis Regional Medical Center with fun activities for staff and visitors.

As part of the celebration, tonies donated 30 Tonies boxes and Tonies characters to St. Francis. Our departments will be able to use them with pediatric patients to help them feel more comfortable at the hospital. Our Capable Kids staff will also use them for therapy with their patients. We cannot wait to see the impact this will make for our young patients at St. Francis!

Mission Possible is our annual donor engagement and stewardship event. This year, it was held at The Savage Tap in Savage, and it was beautiful. Shout out to Dave and hos team at the Tap and to Tina and her team at O'Briens Public House for the AMAZING food!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our donors and sharing our 2025 accomplishments. We also had a great opportunity to share everything we have coming up at St. Francis Regional Medical Center and Benedictine Living Community-Shakopee St. Gertrude's.

Thank you so much to everyone that came! And a really BIG thank you to everyone that has made a donation supporting our mission. You are the reason we can make the big impacts, and we are so grateful!

We have so much in store for the rest of 2025, moving us right into 2026.

Here are our top priorities, needs for support and how you can help us continue to make an impact for the communities we serve:

St. Francis Regional Medical Center Emergency Department and Healing Gardens:
-ED Renovation and Expansion - Saints Foundation
-St. Francis Regional Medical Center - Allina Health

Emergency Department Fund will:
-Remodel space and expand to add 7 more clinical rooms (34 total).
-Create a new ambulance garage (4 rig).
-Relocate Emergency Department entrance to the North.
-Add a circular drop-off and canopy extending to the Cancer Center entrance.
-Add new isolation rooms, equipment storage, breakroom, and storage space.
-Add fast track treatment area for patients who can be seen and discharged quickly.
-Provide an exceptional care experience for our patients.

Garden Maintenance Fund:
Garden spaces at St. Francis are nature’s healing space for patients, visitors, and staff.

Nature’s presence can reduce stress, promote mental well-being and aid in physical recovery. Garden Spaces foster a holistic approach to healthcare and emphasize the restorative power of nature. Check out the many options we have for supporting St. Francis Healing Gardens.
