With over 25 years of experience in senior care nursing, Eric brings a career that spans from hands-on care to leading teams and driving excellence in training, compliance, and quality assurance.

As Director of Health Services at ACS, he leads clinical operations across both senior living communities and home health services, helping ensure every team has the support and structure they need to succeed.

Prior to ACS, Eric served as Director of Health Services at Great Lakes Management, overseeing a large network of senior living communities.
