FYI: Nationwide RECALL of Systane Ultra PF (see statement below)

A nationwide recall has been issued for Systane Lubricant Eye Drops Ultra SPF due to potential fungal contamination. The FDA warns that contaminated eye drops may be vision-threatening, and in very rare cases potentially life-threatening in immunocompromised patients.

If you have the affected lot (Lot #10101, Exp. 2025/09), please stop using the product immediately and return it for a refund or replacement.
