¿Hiciste agua de Jamaica? ¿y las flores? ¡No las tires!

2 tazas flor de Jamaica ya cocida
4 a 6 tazas agua (depende que consistencia busques)
1 taza Monk fruit
1/2 taza de chilito piquin natural o tajin
1 cucharada de sal
Jugo de un limón grande
*Dulzor, espesor, picante, tu lo puedes variar a tu gusto.

Esta receta originalmente la vi por ahí en la red, pero claramente la adapte sin azúcar y si pueden suplir el tajin por sólo chile molido que mejor.
Solo vas a licuar la flor de Jamaica (recuerda ya cocida) con las 4-6 tazas de agua. Vas a llevar la mezcla a fuego muy bajo y ahí vas a incorporar el resto de los ingredientes, mezcla, dejas que llegue a punto de ebullición y apagas, dejas enfriar y listo. Yo lo he puesto en frascos de vidrio. Me han rendido 3 frascos. Puedes hacer media porción!
