Residents at our Ashtabula campus recently enjoyed a festive holiday craft session, creating charming mini Christmas trees. These adorable decorations were made using simple materials like pipe cleaners, straws, and colored beads. The cute little trees are now brightening up the residents' rooms, adding a wonderful touch of holiday cheer

Our Dover campus holds a monthly Men’s Club meeting that usually involves a few games of pool and a pizza party. This month their Men’s Club took an outing to the Canton Classic Car Museum. The Canton Classic Car Museum was established in 1978. The museum currently exhibits more than 40 rare and unusual classic and special interest automobiles. The gorgeous vehicles are complemented by the thousands of pieces of historical memorabilia displayed throughout the museum. It was a fun outing and our residents had a great time on the trip.

Our Dover campus celebrated Veterans Day yesterday with an indoor parade and a special pinning ceremony for our resident veterans. We were proud to honor the 15 residents at this campus who have served in the military. The event saw a large turnout of residents from across the campus who came to show their appreciation for their service.

Yesterday, our Mt. Vernon campus paid tribute to our campus's military veterans for their service, courage, and sacrifice. Listening to their inspirational stories, and hearing them join together to sing America the Beautiful, was definitely a heartwarming moment. Veterans Day is a great opportunity to honor and thank all who have served honorably in the military and to acknowledge their contributions to the national security of our great nation. Our local Knox County Veteran Services Office donated customized drawstring backpacks, Veteran hats, mugs, and magnet clips, while The Kokosing Valley Rotary Club donated red carnation boutonnieres for the event.

Yesterday, the Elks Lodge held a special ceremony at our Bellaire campus to honor our resident Veterans. Following the presentation of a certificate of appreciation to each veteran for their dedicated service, attendees enjoyed a reception with coffee and donuts.

Our Bellaire campus is hosting their Thanksgiving Dinner for family and friends on Friday, November 21st. IL dinner will be served at 11am, NH at 11:30 am, and AL at noon.
