e a part of the curriculum. Chair Yoga with Tim/Ron - All exercises in these sessions are done sitting on a chair or standing. This course works on learning the basics of yoga and improving mindfulness, core strength, range of motion, and balance. You will be encouraged to set personal goals and to work on your own between classes. Foundations with Abbey - combines foundational movement with Yoga principles to unlock neural muscular movement patterns, restore function, and increase flexibility, balance, brain function, and coordination.
