Clepper Manor Clepper Manor is a restored 20th-century mansion located just outside downtown Sharon, PA. We have something for everyone to enjoy during their stay. Assistance

We are a skilled nursing facility and specialize in short term rehabilitation. We employ professional nursing staff who provide around-the-clock care, and a ‘hand to hold’ during challenging times. We accommodate our residents with services like:

Physical therapy
Occupational therapy
Speech therapy
Wound care
Transport and ambulance services
Dietary services
Contracted hospice care
Rehabilitation services
Balance and coordination exercises
Outpatient service
Clepper Manor also offers long-term care, short-term care, and respite care with fully equipped therapy rooms. All staff is pre-screened and up to date on all certificates and clearances. Our social worker is the heart of the community and delivers support to residents, families, and friends. activities & assistance
Our activities department offers an array of enjoyable events, from bowling to crafts. Participate in one-on-one room visits, coffee clubs, games, movies, and local outings. Clepper Manor also provides pet therapy visits for our animal-lovers. Our impressive team continues to support our residents to meet their goals in mobility, strength training, and more. We accept most insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay.

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”

Greg came to Clepper Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehab following a hospitalization due to a GI bleed. When he arrived, Greg weighed 332 lbs. and was bed bound. Upon evaluation following hospitalization, Greg required maximum assistance with transfers and activities of daily living. He was unable to use the bathroom and just standing at the edge of his bed was a struggle. Greg has had a long road to recovery. Greg has succeeded his previous level of function. He has lost almost 100 lbs. and is now ambulating in our facility with only a single point cane. Greg learned to walk, dress himself, and improved his balance tremendously. Greg is pictured above with our Director of Rehab, Speech Therapist, and Social Worker.
Greg will soon discharge back to his own apartment upon completion of short term therapy. Greg looks forward to spending more time with family and regaining his independency.
