EMDR is an evidence-based therapy proven to help individuals process trauma and distressing experiences in a safe, effective way. While many clinicians are EMDR trained, certification represents an advanced level of specialization—requiring additional coursework, ongoing consultation, demonstrated mastery, and a substantial personal investment of time and money.
This level of specialization matters. It means our families have access to gold-standard trauma treatment led by a clinician who believes that good enough is never enough.
