This year, a dream of mine came to life. 🌿

Out of a deep passion for healing, I founded Discovery Hope, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing human pain and suffering through the power of psychotherapy and mental health treatment.

Our heart is for the most vulnerable—children and families in the foster and adoption system, those carrying the weight of severe trauma, and individuals struggling with substance abuse, eating disorders, or deep attachment wounds.

We pursue this mission in two key ways:
1️⃣ Equipping therapists through scholarships for advanced training
2️⃣ Expanding access to care with free or reduced-cost therapy for families in need

Starting this nonprofit has been one of the most meaningful steps of my journey. But to grow this work and reach more lives, we need your support. 💙

Thank you for opening early on Sunday to host our team outing. Fayetteville had a blast making ice cream and cookie cakes together! Nothing beats ice cream for breakfast! 🍦🍨🍪

Our Discovery Connections Columbus crew had a great night out at the Columbus Clingstones game this Friday! We just love their special bond.

At Discovery, connection is more than just a word—it’s what we’re built on. When our team takes time to bond, laugh, and show up for each other, it strengthens the care we give our clients every day.

Long day two, but we ended the day with some well-earned ice cream and a beautiful mountain sunset. Can’t wait to put into practice all we learned, and our hope and vision for Discovery!
