Date Night or Family Fun Night - come out to the Sharptown Fireman’s Carnival and let us cook for you. Oyster fritters, Soft Crab sandwiches and our famous homemade burgers! Don’t forget all the carnival games and rides. You can even party like it’s 1999 riding the Himalaya with DJs Trevor and Billy.

Did you know that in 2013 the Auxiliary won the ALTA for Living Tradition. Marva is still mixing once a week and generations continue to work in the cook tent today. We could not offer up these delicious oyster fritters without the teamwork and tradition carried on.
