PARANORMAL GROUP THERAPY: We are excited to announce that we are opening up another group for paranormal therapy AND we are expanding to additional states. People in TEXAS, COLORADO, NORTH CAROLINA and SOUTH CAROLINA may now apply to be a part of our group therapy!

We plan to start our next round of group therapy in mid-March! The group runs for two hours each week and will be on Friday evenings!

The group is open to all people who have had paranormal experiences.

Hello world! For many, the holidays can be a joyous occasion. But for others, the holidays can be a painful experience (for a variety of different reasons). Reaching out and talking to someone can help. No matter where you are, know that it is always an option to speak to a therapist. Many therapists have openings during the holidays and now, with telehealth, we can offer therapy to those out-of-town (as long as we are licensed in your state).

Hello world! I am excited to announce that I have received my LPC-Associate license in the state of Texas. This means that I am a provisionally licensed therapist, under the supervision of another therapist (Andrea Alvarez). Whenever one starts their counseling career after grad school, they are required to be supervised for a certain amount of time (kind of like a residency).

The counseling field is something I'm very passionate about. Some of you may know me from some of my other careers/interests that I have. This field has its own unique rules, which is why I have created a separate page for my counseling stuff.

On this page I'll talk all-things therapy and overall mental health awareness, as well as keep you updated on where I'm practicing at, as well as when I open up my own practice down the road.
