Sciatica isn’t “just back pain.”
It’s nerve pain — and it can travel from your lower back all the way down your leg. If you’ve ever felt burning, tingling, shooting pain, or numbness in your hip, glute, or calf… that’s your sciatic nerve telling you something is off.

Most people are told to stretch more or wait it out.
But sciatica is usually caused by disc pressure, inflammation, or spinal misalignment that’s irritating the nerve — not a tight muscle.

At MD Spine Care, Dr. K looks at why your nerve is being compressed and treats the root of the problem, not just the symptom. When pressure comes off the nerve, your body can finally heal.

✨ Less pain
✨ More mobility
✨ Better sleep
✨ No guessing games

If your leg pain keeps coming back, it’s time to stop chasing symptoms and start fixing the cause.

📍Book a sciatica evaluation with Dr. K today.

Our bodies age and so do our cells. That’s why recovery doesn’t feel the same anymore.🧫

When you’re younger, your cells repair faster.🩺
Muscles heal quicker.
Inflammation goes down easier.
Pain doesn’t linger.

As we age, cellular repair slows… and that’s when injuries, stiffness, and chronic pain start sticking around longer than they should.

At MD Spine Care, Dr. K focuses on helping the body heal at the cellular level not just masking symptoms.
Because real recovery happens when we support how your body is designed to repair itself.

If pain, tightness, or slow healing has been holding you back, it may be time to look deeper than just rest and pain meds.

Book a consultation and let’s get your body back to moving, healing, and performing the way it should.
