But here’s what many people forget:
Even the freshest produce—yes, even from the farmers market—can carry pesticides, dirt, and bacteria.

🚿 A quick rinse under running water can make a big difference.

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) releases two lists every year to help guide your choices:

👉 The Dirty Dozen (highest pesticide residues—buy organic when possible):
🍓 Strawberries | 🍇 Grapes | 🍎 Apples | 🍒 Cherries | 🍑 Peaches | 🥬 Spinach | 🍐 Pears | 🌶️ Peppers | 🥒 Cucumbers | 🥕 Carrots | 🥭 Nectarines | 🥦 Kale/Collards

At Move Better, you are never just a face in the crowd. Unlike most “gyms” every member workout is delivered by an expert coach who knows YOU and YOUR needs. You’ll train with people just like you. People who want to look, feel and Move Better to live their best life.

We offer small group fitness training and Private One on One fitness training in a clean, comfortable atmosphere and have the expertise to deal with most physical limitations (Becuase lets face it. We all have “stuff”!)

We also offer online training for fitness as well as Nutrition and Wellness Coaching
