As many of my followers know, I have been on my own health and healing journey! Every day I do extensive research about how so much affects gut health! This also includes our fur babies! It is sad to see our environment poisoning us. I admire the research that Stephanie Seneff is doing about how glyphosate is poisoning our gut microbiome! (Even the deer eating corn sprayed with poisons are suffering now with chronic wasting disease.) Her book is Toxic Legacy. A must read!
I created Fermented Delights and More to help combat these poisons! Research is now showing that the probiotics in fermented foods will help the body detoxify from this damage! I personally love my ferments for not only myself but also my precious fur babies!

She has incorporated her microbiology background with research and blended it with present day health findings and the consequences of processed and refined food causing problems from anxiety to physiological ailments.
