Tammy is a noted scientist in the field of gut health and fermented foods. She has incorporated her microbiology background with research and blended it with present day health findings and the consequences of processed and refined food causing problems from anxiety to physiological ailments. Her diligent study of fermented foods evolved and led her to become a health coach in integrative nutrition offering people alternative eating habits. Her goal is to make a difference in people’s lives and for them to feel their best, as well as being a supportive mentor and a passionate wellness authority through the food we eat.
As a certified graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, her commitment to this chosen field of health coaching is a sincere belief that we can change the lives and health of every individual who is ready to embrace this “new” ancestral healthy lifestyle approach. She has a sincere concern for society and the effects of food on the body, following a path that a healthy, peaceful body can result in a healthy, peaceful lifestyle. In essence, taking control of your life by taking control of your health. Her goal as a health coach is to make a difference in people’s lives and feeling their best and being a supportive mentor and wellness authority through the food we eat.
