It happens! But sleeping in your contact lenses can increase your risk of irritation, dryness, and even eye infections 😬

If you accidentally sleep in them- gently remove them as soon as you wake up; give your eyes a break—switch to glasses for the day; use lubricating drops if your eyes feel dry; watch for redness, pain, or blurry vision (and call us if you notice anything unusual!)!
