As winter begins, so does Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), better known as seasonal depression.

In the colder months to come, it is important to be aware of SAD and how to manage it effectively. Symptoms of SAD can include oversleeping, anxiety, increased appetite, or feelings of fatigue. You are not alone in this battle; there are ways to help reduce SAD, according to Johns Hopkins:
