🌟 Meet Our Team: Jen 🌟

We are so excited to introduce Jennifer (Jen) to the STRIVE family! Jen joined us a few weeks ago as a Program Supervisor/Treatment Therapist and brings with her 7 years of experience in the ABA field, both in-center and in-home. She’s also wrapping up her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis in just a few weeks! 🎓
We are thrilled to have her as part of our clinical leadership team and can’t wait to see the positive impact she’ll make as she begins to take on cases. 💙

Q: What do you love most about working in ABA?
A: “What I truly value about ABA is its foundation in empirical research, allowing us to use data-driven methods to teach meaningful concepts and skills. Collaborating with family members and fellow professionals to create supportive, effective learning for each unique individual is both a privilege and a vital part of achieving meaningful, lasting progress.
It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the progress individuals make throughout their journey. My favorite perk of ABA is that I can relate to their interests to make therapy super fun!”

Cami has shown dedication, professionalism, and passion in her work with our clients and team. She is also wrapping up her supervision fieldwork hours for her BCBA certification, another huge step forward in her career.

We are so proud of the growth she has achieved and we cannot wait to see the positive impact she will continue to make in her new leadership role. 💙💚
