You read that correctly! 🚨 Red light therapy will officially be available at Grounded Chiropractic starting THIS FRIDAY the 10th!

Sessions can last up to 20 minutes, and are designed to be an efficient way to support your recovery, circulation, and overall nervous system regulation without adding complexity to your routine.

Appointments can be made through our online booking site, and the schedule is already live!

Pricing is as follows:
1 session = $20
6 sessions = $100
12 sessions = $190

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! ❤️

Red light therapy has officially been added to the Grounded Chiropractic service list!

The red light panel works by delivering specific wavelengths of light that stimulate cellular energy production and circulation.

What that means for you:

Dr. Rya here! A question I hear pretty regularly is “how often should kids get adjusted?” The truth is, there isn’t a universal answer. It depends on the child and what their body is experiencing.

I personally adjust my daughters once a week as part of our routine wellness care (more often if they’re sick, hurt, or stressed).

And when we miss an adjustment, you can tell! My four year old is more reactive and emotional, my two year old has more trouble with sleep, and they both have changes in their digestion.

Kids’ nervous systems are constantly adapting to growth, falls, illness, and everyday stress. Gentle chiropractic care helps support their nervous system so their bodies can adapt and function the way they’re designed to.

The north side of Acme Road on Tuesday, February 3, beginning at 7:00 a.m. and expected to reopen at 5:00 p.m.

Grounded Chiropractic will be closed today due to inclement weather. All patients with scheduled appointments have been contacted about rescheduling.

We plan to reopen tomorrow, January 27th. If the roads (and our parking lot) are still slick, we will reassess. Keep an eye out here for further updates.

The north side of Acme Rd. will be closed on December 18 starting at 7 a.m. and will be reopened on December 19 at 8:00 a.m.
