Matt Stensrud, DPT

Matt is a physical therapist who has been practicing since 2008. He specializes in restorative physical therapy, a strategy that allows him to work on the cause of pain to improve an individual's function rather than just treating the area of pain. He has trained through the Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI), Titleist Performance Institute for golf performance, and has an Associate Golf Teaching Certificate through the United States Golf Teachers Federation. This has given him the tools to address higher level athletes in rotational sports, such as baseball, golf and racquet sports. His practice focuses on restorative physical therapy, sports therapy, golf performance training and coaching. His goal is to provide high level care that goes beyond traditional therapy so his clients can get back to their best!
