Where are all my self employed friends at or anyone really. But I just know that having medical Insurance can be outrageous high.

But hold up I can help yall

See I have this friend Cade Kanode no really he is one of my sweetest sweetheart boo. But he does this kickass medical insurance and normally yall all know me im like 🛑 don’t even try that bull on me 🤣. But when he actually told me about it I was like okay that’s actually affordable and smart.

It’s not like regular insurance. He can explain 😂
But when I say cheap it’s cheap and but they pay you so good if you get hurt or something happens and you can’t work.

He is only in town for a few days or it’s just an easy phone call or fb message away .

So don’t wait it’s a heck of a deal.

Did you know that your horse can get sore from their hair follicles changing due to shedding. So a lot of times this year it’s not your horses actually back that’s sore it’s the follicle changing. A good warm bath with shampoo will help and make sure you hit your horsss with two different wormers 😘❤️. There is so much to the horses back other then just spin and change saddle and pad 😘

The cold is slowly going away and y’all are dying to race. But remember a good acupuncture reboot is nice to the horses body so y’all don’t go pull anything why jumping to go run 😘 it don’t cost very much and so worth it
