the most wonderful time of the year

what struck me most about my client’s experience wasn’t just the comment she received

it was how quickly she questioned herself because of it.

this is what happens when women are taught to outsource their intuition to systems that only see numbers on a sheet.
systems that don’t ask questions.
don’t hold context.
don’t recognize grief or stress or progress.

systems that scan the labs and skip the woman.

and when you’ve been conditioned to believe those systems know you better than you know yourself…

shame becomes the default.

you assume you must be the problem.
you must not be doing enough.
you must be failing.

but you’re not.

so many women think they’re failing because they can’t “stick to it.”

the macros.
the clean eating.
the supplements.
the morning routines.
the biohacks.
the discipline.

but here’s the truth:
you can’t out-discipline dysregulated physiology.
you can be the most motivated woman in the room

and if your blood sugar is swinging,

the more i lean into this, the more i see...
healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
it’s about removing what never belonged
so you can remember how God already designed it to work.

your body isn’t fighting you.
it’s inviting you back.

to rhythm.
to innate intelligence.
to abide instead of escape.

quietly. intentionally.

because when we let go of what the world told us our bodies should do/shouldn’t do/should be…

we start listening and allowing them to be as God always intended.

and the deeper transformation is that we learn to abide in Him through returning to the very design He gave us.

He is inviting us to know Him deeper by understanding US deeper.

that’s the heart of and we’re leaning into it more fully than ever 🤍
