✅ On 20 Feb, my 25 Founding Members will kick off Week 0 of their journey, working closely with me to design their healthiest life.

👉 What does Week 0 mean?
✅ This is when you receive the first 3 weeks of meal plans so you can start prepping. I will also ask you some questions to have you start getting clear on your goals and remembering why you deserve to take care of yourself

✅ 2-3 Q&A sessions via Zoom every week
✅ 12-weeks of workout plans including weight training and cardio for the duration of the program, no you won’t have to spend hours in the gym…
✅ 9 weeks of clean eating recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists so that you can sample various healthy eating plans to see what works for you:
✅ 3-week Winter cleanse to get your body back on track
✅ 2 weeks of Paleo recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists
✅ 2 weeks of Mediterranean recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists
✅ 2 weeks of Vegetarian or Vegan recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists

“How much time do I need?” This depends on you and your interests. The modules will have a lot of information that will be yours forever. You can take a lot of time some weeks learning about the topics that resonate with you while others you can skim over.

“I’m not sure if a remote-coaching plan is right for me”
I think one of the things that covid taught us is that so much can be done remotely, but it is about finding the method that works for you. If you know that you need to meet face-to-face with a coach one-on-one then this program isn’t for you. However, this will be a select group of moms that will be asking questions so that you can learn from each other and give each other support as you go, which is a great benefit of a group.

“What equipment do I need?” It would be helpful to have a gym membership or access to weight training equipment. Gyms like Planet Fitness are fairly cheap

I previously talked about my upcoming 12-Week Intuitive Eating course that will help you design your healthiest life now.

I’ve had a lot of stressed moms reach out to me asking for my help over the years, looking to simplify their lives.

So I had this crazy idea, a big dream of mine, to build a step by step plan guide you stressed mom nearing burn-out to a mom living her healthiest life with the energy to fulfill her life-goals and outrun her kids.

No fluff. No messing around, just a plan to take you from tired and stressed to vibrant and healthy. A simplified version of the lessons that I’ve learned over the past 11 years on my own journey and in helping others.

I’m also excited because I’m doing this in my own app, for the first time. This will take all of the modules, the workouts, and the nutrition guides and put it into a format that you can easily access from your phone. Are you feeling burnt out?

How are you supposed to design your healthiest life if you are running yourself ragged taking care of everyone else?

Is it actually possible to design your healthiest life without extreme deprivation or hours in the gym?!

I bet you’ve tried keto, intermittent fasting, living on 1200 calories or less... And nothing has quite worked for you, right?

How do you find the ⏰ TIME ⏰ to get fit if all in if you're a mom, which is a 168-hour-a-week job?

How do you justify spending money on a gym membership if you barely use it?

😨 Why's it so nerve-racking to step into the gym for the first time or after a long break?

Is the constant battle to be healthier really worth it?

Can you really have the energy to outrun your kids without letting everything else slide?

🤔 And when should you workout?

🤔 Should you try intermittent fasting?

🤔 Are you doing enough cardio?

While I don't claim to know it all, I HAVE been a fitness competitor for 11 years, a stay-at-home mom, a mom with a job outside the house, an Army Reservist, a mom going through a divorce. I’ve starting over at the age of 42 after putting my ex-husband’s career first for almost 2 decades.

Not that long ago, I was in your shoes.

Those early days were rough. Before I started taking care of myself, I was on anti-depressants and sleeping pills.

I'd take a step forward only to take three more back. I was drowning in stress. Emotional eating and emotional spending were my friends.
