What a Thanksgiving at SCI! 🦃❤️

We were surrounded by our PEEPS, our incredible staff, our devoted Board, and the strong community partnerships that keep our mission moving forward every single day. Gratitude feels extra big around here.

We also took time to honor a few very special people:

✨ John Sober – Thank you for your dedicated service on the SCI Board. Your time, energy, and belief in our mission has made a lasting impact.

👑 Tina Hanna – The Queen herself celebrates 15 years in January. Her leadership, vision, and heart are the reason SCI is what it is today. We are endlessly grateful.

💰 Clay Dodgion – Our mastermind of money hits 15 years in December. Keeping SCI’s engine running takes brilliance and grit, and Clay brings both every single day.

💪 Richard Smith – SCI got significantly more handsome and stronger five years ago when Richard joined the team. We’re proud of the dedication and care he brings to our PEEPS.

💛 Niki McGuire – Our unofficial office “mom” celebrates five years with SCI. From keeping us together to keeping us grounded, we’re grateful for her heart and steady presence.

We’re thankful for every person who makes SCI the family it is.

🎃 October has been full of milestones, memories, and a little bit of mischief here at SCI!

From professional achievements to pumpkin-filled fun, our team has been busy celebrating people, purpose, and progress:

🌟 Jessica Nickerson graduated from the OU Economic Development Institute, completing three sessions of learning, leadership, and connection.

🎤 Tina Hanna took the stage at the State of the Region event, as Chair of Shawnee Forward and a as a panelist on housing efforts in the state.

🍳 Our Warehouse & Maintenance crew started the day off right with a team breakfast — great food and even better company.

🎂 Ronnie got a special birthday surprise and celebration at OBU — smiles all around!

💃 The Girls House has been out and about enjoying fall festivities and quality time together.

👻 And of course, our Halloween activities have been in full swing — because around here, we believe in working hard and booo-gieing harder!

At SCI, there’s always something to celebrate — growth, community, and the incredible PEEPS who make it all happen. 💛
