Misalignment of the lower Lumbar can cause (pinched nerve, sciatica, constipation, bladder problems, incontinence, knee pain, feet pain or numbness, etc.)

For "most - not all" people, this can be fixed with proper adjustments and x-rays. Adjustments take time, especially in this scenario, because with each adjustment your spine and muscles are being trained to stay in the correct position. Surgery manually goes in and moves the vertebra in place and patients then have 3-6 month recovery. This is no different then sticking with (proper) adjustments for 3-6 months to maintain or build back a healthy more mobile spine. Either way it takes time. One is less restricting than the other.
