• Serve a thriving, collaborative, family-centered patient base focused on nervous system correction, pediatric, and prenatal care.

• Work in a proven, high-volume PX practice (Shawnee location repeatedly voted #1).

Who you are

• A licensed DC with passion for family/pediatric care, to serve expectant mothers, babies, children, and entire families through chiropractic as a foundational pillar of health.

• Energetic, compassionate, and patient — especially with neurodivergent children and their families.

• A confident adjuster who enjoys learning and applying varied techniques.

• A strong communicator who can clearly explain the “why” behind care.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and resolution-oriented—someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

• Reliable, growth-oriented, and willing to lead by example.

Core responsibilities

• Provide high-quality adjustments using office techniques (Diversified, MC2, Gonstead, Thompson, low-force neuro-tonal, Webster, Activator).

• Learn and use neurologically focused exam protocols — not symptom-only care.

• Take, interpret, and communicate Insight Scan results (training provided).

• Mentor and collaborate with CAs and team members; help improve systems and patient experience.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $52,000–$65,000

• Hours are around 30-34 working hrs/week

• Monthly Profit-share bonus + performance bonuses

• Continuing education allowance

• Two weeks PTO annually

• Supplement discounts and other staff perks

• Clear advancement opportunities within a growing multi-location practice

Meet our new Intern 💕who will become an associate Doctor for NHC MAY 1, Ashley Collins!

“During chiropractic school, I was deeply involved in campus leadership and community. I served as President of the Family Wellness Club, where I focused on prenatal, pediatric, and family-centered care while creating events and outreach that brought students together and into real-world practice. I also worked as Student Council Social Chair, helping plan meaningful social events and revive traditions that strengthened our campus culture. Alongside this, I was a proud member of Females Kick Atlas, part of a supportive community centered on empowering women in chiropractic.

I’m originally from St. Louis and a proud first-generation chiropractor this coming April. My journey into chiropractic was inspired by my own experiences as a patient, which shaped my passion for holistic, individualized care. I believe in educating and empowering patients while supporting the body’s ability to heal and function at its best. Outside of work, I enjoy art, music, and staying creative in my free time.
