Kansas Palliative & Hospice Care partners with the Veterans Administration and with the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) to serve our hero’s in their time of need. We participate in the We Honor Veterans program designed to thank veterans and their families for their sacrifice and service to our country.

Kansas Palliative & Hospice Care has created Veteran-specific educational material and presentations to staff, volunteers and the community. The organization has also partnered with local organizations to collaboratively serve Veterans, and has participated in events to honor veterans in our service area. As a result we are better equipped to understand the complex end-of-life care needs of veterans.
