📚✨ Back-to-school season is here! Whether you’re a student, caregiver, or school staff member, the transition can bring a lot of emotions—excitement, stress, and everything in between.

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as school supplies. These 6 self-care essentials can help make the transition smoother and support emotional wellness from day one:

🛏️ Sleep Schedule Reset
Prioritize consistent bedtimes and wake-up times to support focus, mood, and energy.

🍎 Snacks That Fuel
Keep grab-and-go options like trail mix, fruit, or granola bars on hand to stay energized and balanced.

🎶 Calm-Down Kit
Create a small stash of grounding tools—fidget toys, calming scents, or a soothing playlist—to manage stress on the go.

📓 Planner or Journal
Whether digital or on paper, having a spot to track tasks or feelings can ease overwhelm.

💧 Water Bottle
Hydration is underrated! Staying hydrated helps with focus and mood.

📵 Tech Boundaries
Limit screen time after school to protect rest and reduce stress from nonstop notifications.

Let’s start this school year with care—for ourselves and for each other. 💛
