Bulking as a natural is kind of a different ball game than being enhanced. Here's a few quick takeaways to possibly remind yourself if you are natural
- Healthy fats support your endocrine system. You'll notice you have better gains by doing this over having little fats.
- Gains are made in the kitchen and in bed. Rest, get proper sleep, get a CPAP if needed, black out curtains, no cell phone/blue light 60 min before bed.
- You're gonna put on some body fat in a bulk but taking it too far and making yourself into an absolute unit of a creature is stupid and counter productive. You need to eat enough to grow but not so much you can't see your toes anymore.
- Supplements like Tongkat Ali can be used a sort of a testosterone "booster". Does not benefit everyone and more is not better but may be helpful for some.
- Lastly, don't be an @$%hole with the weights at the gym. More weight doesn't mean more gains, plus you don't recover as fast. So control your weight, focus on contracting and fatiguing the muscle and creating stimulus.
