Pain can have a profound impact on our lives, not only effecting our
ability to perform daily activities but also quality of life. My great passion is bringing healing to those experiencing chronic pain and dysfunction by carefully listening to their concerns and developing a plan to help them in their journey to wellness. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including medical massage, deep tissue, prenatal, and rolfing. My educational background includes training as an EMT, I hold an AAH from South University in Savannah Ga, am a board certified massage therapist, and certified in medical massage.

What is your plans for the eclipse?
We were in the path of totality in 2017 and we planned a whole weekend around it. One of the best memories of my adult life.
