Is there a task, a project, a conversation that feels difficult and so you’ve been postponing it? Identify the IT; Write the Steps to complete the IT; Sit with the STEPS; and Begin with STEP 1.

Any movement towards completion is good movement. Try not to get caught up in the SPEED, but rather praise yourself for each STEP towards finishing. 🙏🏼🩵
