A couple of things I love - feeling good and eating good. I’ve made this chocolate dip so many times for so many occasions. I literally was fighting the kids off the fruit and dip long enough to take a picture. Every time I walked away and came back, the fruit was gone!

To all my gut health patients - gluten free, dairy free and the chocolate dip uses maple syrup! I know often times when we hear about cleaning up your diet that it sounds scary but it really doesn’t have to be. The first week or two has more food label reading but I’m here to help you with that.

With our gut health patients, I met with them throughout the whole 6 weeks helping with meal plans and recipes and support. Reach out if I can help you as well

Love adding veggies to meals! Last night we made burritos and I sauteed riced cauliflower and spinach to pack in them. The cauliflower, spinach, beans, venison and avocado all made for a delicious meal packed with real food. And food that is filling! 😋

Do you have a word of the year? I love doing this every year and this year my word is joy. I started a little early and made this my word in December. I have learned that joy is a choice. We have to choose joy every single day. Choose it on a bad day, when tired, when you don’t want be at work, with yucky weather, when your kid is sick - we have to always find joy. It keeps me going. It keeps me smiling and able to be around other humans 😂
