✨ The Tale of Ash of the Wise ✨

 ✨ The Good News / The Oops / The Big News ✨

I can’t believe it’s almost 3:00 in the morning and I’m finally wrapping up an 18-hour workday here at Pier T.

Here’s what got done today:

✔️ Lip oil ointments — complete
✔️ Over 30 lbs of body butter — complete
✔️ Large and small Der-Ma-Eez (formerly my eczema body butter) — fully restocked
✔️ Shampoo — done
✔️ A brand-new men’s essential oil blend — finished
✔️ And my BIGGEST sugar scrub batch ever — over 100 lbs 🙌

Now for the plot twist…

As I was pouring that sugar scrub from my mixing bin into a bucket, the bottom of the bucket gave out under the weight. Sugar scrub everywhere — lab table, floor, all over my boots.

Cue mild panic 😳

Thankfully, my husband was still awake (hero status unlocked) and rushed in to help me save nearly all 100 lbs. Crisis mostly averted, marriage still intact 🤍😂

✨All of this is now completed and ready for TEXAS.✨

Now for the bittersweet part…

I do have a show scheduled today in Sheboygan at the south-side nursing home, but for the first time ever, Pier T may not be able to make it. I truly regret that and appreciate your understanding more than you know.

Today, during my break, I took the opportunity to dive into a new project: crafting a small batch of shampoo. Inspired by a conversation with a guy from the bar at Rupps, which was also echoed at dinner with my brother, who just flew in, later that night. When my brother brought it up I realized this was more than just a coincidence. I’m creating a shampoo specifically designed for men who love to hunt, trap shoot, or simply miss the scent of military life. I’m excited to see if I can capture that essence and bottle it up using pure essential oils and a bit of creativity. Let’s make this happen!
