Cupping is one of those things that looks intense but can feel so, so good 🙌🏻

Dr. Liv uses suction to help work on tight, sore areas before an adjustment, and we love it for muscle tension, mobility, circulation, and a “wow, I needed that” feeling after. We’ve literally heard patients say they can feel the tightness leaving their body, which, in technical terms, comes from less inflammation, better blood flow, and improved range of motion.
