I was looking through old pictures and found a few gems of a gentle yoga class and the gym at 38 weeks pregnant.

It was a game-changer doing weekly yoga, weightlifting, and chiropractic adjustments to ensure that I had the strength and mobility to get through labor and now to chase my log-rolling, energetic little lady on the floor!
