We’re excited to introduce our next dedicated Harbor Centre BID Board member! These volunteers play an important role in guiding and supporting the growth of our Downtown, Riverfront, and South Pier districts. Stay tuned as we continue highlighting the people helping shape our community!

David Gass, past president of the BID Board, has been a dedicated leader, providing invaluable guidance and support to the BID. As a senior partner at Rohde Dales LLP, he specializes in business representation and counseling, business sales and acquisitions, contracts, succession planning, and bank representation. His expertise and leadership have greatly contributed to the growth and success of the BID, and we are grateful for his years of service and commitment to strengthening our local business community.

Ray York has served as a business counselor with the UWGB Small Business Development Center (SBDC) since 2018, in collaboration with the Sheboygan County Economic Development Center (SCEDC). He is also President of York Estates, Inc., owner of The Rochester Inn and The Cole House in Sheboygan Falls. Outside of work, Ray enjoys bowling, hiking, camping, canoeing, cooking, anime, and traveling with his wife, Kelly, and their two children. He serves as treasurer and executive committee member of the Sheboygan Falls Chamber Main Street, participates on its Economic Development Committee, acts as Tourism Liaison, and is also a volunteer with the Sheboygan County Innovation Council and a SCORE volunteer mentor. Committed to lifelong learning and professional development, Ray is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management at UW-Green Bay. Ray is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor through the Exit Planning Institute.

Eileen Simenez has been the owner of Salon Sase Sasé since 1990 and she has 45 years of experience as a master stylist. Salon Sasé is located along the fabulous shore of Lake Michigan, where they offer a variety of services such as haircare for all ages, massages, waxing, threading, nail services, and even yoga! Their skilled team stays up to trend with the latest styles so you will look your best and feel fresh and rejuvenated after your visit. Her salon carries a variety of Aveda products and offers a comfortable space to relax. Eileen enjoys serving her community alongside her work and has been active in Big Brothers, Big Sisters, the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, and Maywood Environmental Park.
