Christina Wilke-Burbach PhD is a Spiritual/Paranormal Psychologist, Anthropologist, Death Witch, Death Doula, Deathwalker, Psychopomp, Psychic, Poisoner, Occultist, Cemeterian, and works full-time in the Deathcare Industry. She is a High Priestess with The New York City Wiccan Family Temple, an ordained minister, & Reiki Master Teacher. Her specialty is working with the dead. She works exclusively with chthonic, daemonic, and Underworld Deities. Her ministry and craft focus on death and dying, guiding souls to the otherworld, facilitating communication and messages between the dead and the living as a medium, leading seances, paranormal investigations and clearings, exorcisms and banishments, facilitating death rites and funerals, helping people with their death wishes and death plans, placing the dead in their final resting space, writing obituaries, funeral flower arrangements, and designing gardens for the dead.
Christina is also a Master Gardener, Herbalist, Certified Aromatherapist, Gardening Instructor, Botanical Artist, and Natural Perfumer, specializing in Poison Gardens, Heirloom Gardening, Gothic Gardening, Graveyard Gardening, Carnivorous Plants, and Gardening for the Dead. Christina has 3 decades of higher education and experience in psychology, spirituality, magick, shamanism, the occult, and metaphysics. She holds a PhD in Health Psychology, a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, and a minor in Sociology. She is also trained in Transpersonal Psychology, having studied with Stanislav Grof, MD, PhD—the founder of the field. Her business is Mind, Soul, and Self LLC based in the Midwest, United States. She offers individual appointments, readings, and consultations and specializes in shadow work, psychic development, death/dying, and mystical experiences.
She teaches classes on a wide variety of topics, including gardening, herbalism, psychic development, divination, shadow work, energy work, the chakras, meditation, death and dying, dreamwork, witchcraft, astrology, and spirituality. She is the author of the book ‘Gardens for Ghosts: The Art, Ritual, and Magick of Planting for the Dead.’ She is the host of the Spotify podcast, Garden Goth, a show inspired by the Victorian era and rise of Spiritualism, Seances, and the Occult.
